<div>My name is Carme Dapena, an artist and a close friend of Anna Barrero. Over the years, Anna and I have shared many adventures and built a bond that has only grown stronger. Last year, Anna was involved in a devastating bike accident that nearly took her life. Since then, she has undergone multiple surgeries and is still in the midst of an ongoing rehabilitation process. Despite her immense strength and resilience, Anna still needs one final essential surgery to complete her recovery.

<div>The road ahead is complicated. If Anna relies on the public healthcare system, she could face a prolonged wait for this surgery, which would only add to her suffering and delay her recovery. However, if she is able to have the surgery at a private hospital, she can start this crucial final stage much sooner, giving her the opportunity to regain her independence and return to her life.
