Animal Rescue Birthday Fundraiser

Hey everyone!
My birthday is just around the corner (December 20) so I wanted to share a birthday wish of mine, and I need all the help I can get. For every dollar we raise we will spend the days leading up to Christmas rescuing animals bound for slaughter and we will update you guys everyday with our newest rescues that join our extended family!

At my old age, I feel like I'm getting younger everyday knowing that my purpose of life is to give animals a chance at living free and in peace, instead of being used as a product. There pain, sadness, and tragic stories motivate me to work harder and to place myself in their shoes everyday. Each and every morning we wake up we do what we do for them, and we wouldn't have it any other way. Julian and I have had so many sleepless nights caring for younger babies that had nowhere else to go, besides the dumpster (yes, many times when animals are not even worth the flesh on their bones they will be tossed in the trash).
I am very camera shy, so this was very difficult for me because the love I feel to all animals extends past those that we have in our care. We feel deep sympathy and empathy to every single sentient being locked up in this twisted animal agriculture system.
For each and every dollar raised we will put it directly into rescuing and rehoming an animal in need. This will happen up until Christmas, and should we raise enough funds, we can keep bringing in animals into the New Year. The money raised goes towards building stalls for new rescues, their feed costs, their vet bills, and any other nutritional supplements that they may need. For example, a new rescued adult horse might cost us $500 immediately for a new stall, a vet visit, the ferrier to come out and trim nails, and vaccinations. Whereas a cow will cost us slightly more due to their larger size, and if they were a former milking cow might need more vet attention (Unfortunately we never like to 'purchase' and animal but a lot of the time you have to buy a cow from a dairy, they will always try to send them to slaughter when they cannot be milked anymore).
If you've followed us on social media , you know that we try our hardest to make the money we earn through donations, sales on our Etsy shop, Vegfests, and other means of income, go directly to new rescues and giving them a new life. We do not take salaries and we really do this out of the kindness of our own heart, and because we were once a part of the animal agriculture system. We were a goat dairy, and although we didn't let any of our animals ever go to slaughter, we still utilized them for a product, and that never sat right with us. We've changed, and we are showing the world it's never too late to change to a more compassionate lifestyle towards our animal friends.

I hope this fundraiser is an eye-opening experience to all onlookers that each and every life is precious.
