Angkor Education Center errichten

The Angkor Education Center is a project in the Takeo region in Cambodia aimed at providing free English education to the children in the area. Our contact and on-site English teacher, Kenneth Puthy, is responsible for establishing a volunteer program that will serve as support for the local English teachers. The volunteers will be accommodated in a residence near the school and will teach English under the guidance of the local instructors. The English education in public schools in Cambodia is not of sufficient quality and quantity to equip the children with this life-changing asset as quickly as possible. Volunteers from all over the world inspire and create a great incentive for the students to improve their language skills. However, their stay also needs to be funded. Therefore, we are raising funds for accommodation rent, meals, school supplies, and teacher salaries in order to start the project.
