Angie vs. Aneurysm

Donation protected
Angie is a fun loving mother of four who fell critically ill on the evening of March 7th 2018. Angie suffered a severe brain aneurysm after complaining of headaches and nausea at work. After having a seizure in the ER at Virginia Beach General she was airlifted to Sentara Norfolk General. She was placed on life support and had to be intubated due to no longer having the ability to breath on her own. Her first surgery included drilling a hole through her skull to place a drain into the ventricle of her brain. She remained unstable for two weeks while several emergency surgeries were performed to save her life. She had a major setback when she suffered vaso spasm in her brain causing further damage. In total she has gone through seven dangerous surgeries. Angie has limited mobility and will have a long road to recovery. She spent three weeks in the Neuro ICU and requires long term transitional care for rehabilitation in an extended care facility which doctors say will likely be months of treatment. Our family has already exhausted our resources and we are in need of funding to support medical bills beyond insurance coverage and months of upcoming transitional care. We know the road ahead is a long one but we are staying optimistic that she will recover and return to being her usual happy go lucky self. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
