<div>"I am a single mom of 4 diagnosed with Non-Small Cell Lung cancer (NSCLC) Adenocarcinoma. It has metastasized to my brain.  I now have two brain tumors and cancerous cells in my lymph nodes near the trachea.  Due to the specifics of the cancer cells and their locations (none are in the lungs), it is labeled an Oligo Metastatic Disease.

<div>I completed Pinpoint Radiation in December 2021, targeting the brain's tumors. I can finally think, speak and act again.   Radiation and Chemo on my upper chest will begin on February 8th.

<div>The days/months/years ahead will be trying &amp; difficult in fighting these cancer cells into remission and staying on top of this disease.  The brain tumors and their side effects have impeded my hearing, speech, and vision and caused seizures; staying alone and/or working is not in the equation at the moment.  Thankfully, my children, family, and friends have all been great in their encouragement &amp; support. As a hard-working real estate appraiser for the past 22 years, I am up for the challenge!"
