Angel's transplant and MedicalBills

This page has been created to help Angel Castro and his mother. Angel is in need of a Kidney transplant and that, involves thousands of dollars in expense. Here is he's story:
Hi my name is Angel, I am 18 years old and a full time college student. I have a disease called Alport Syndrome, this a kidney disease. At this point my kidneys are at a 15% function, slowley  are giving up on me. My eating has gone down, I love my grammas cooking but I have no longer the need to eat or even taste the food the way I used too because of my condition to the  point where nothing is going to taste the same. I need a kidney transplant, if I don't get one I would have to be on dialysis don't know how often or for how long. I was told is a matter of time before I get to be on dialysis. I am asking to please find it in our heart to help me out, my mom is a single mom and I am  her only child.   Insurance doesn't cover much, the medical expenses and  bills are adding up and we don't have the money to cover them. I'm asking for your help weather is with money to cover my medical expense, bills at home or even if you are willing to donate a kidney I will for ever be thankful.
