Hello, my name is Angel Virtuoso and since August had opened up 2 wonderful businesses downtown Phoenix with my FORMER business partner Malcolm Alcala.

These businesses named Foursight and The Vanguard got traction and actually were becoming on the radar within the creative community in Phoenix, AZ. Foursight was an artistic multi use space opened in August 2024, and The Vanguard was a gold and grillz shop that came about this past Valentines Day in Feb of 2025.

Malcolm Alcala, my former business partner, took advantage of the business space to the highest of degrees by moving himself into the space after opening Foursight in August 2024. We hadn’t yet opened the back half into the gold and grillz, so it was still fairly livable, and at the time he had been very adamant that he was trying to find a home, but again, took advantage of the situation and ended up staying until I ultimately forced him out this week, which is 2 weeks after officially declaring these businesses with LLCs attached.

⭐️What is the issue at hand?

Malcolm Alcala disrespected the business space, and our partnership to the upmost by doing things INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

-allowing his dog to defile the space peeing and pooping within Foursight and The Vanguard

-having sex in the space

-actively avoided contracts for our businesses

-stealing money and all of the orders from The Vanguard grillz grand opening (our only orders)

-failing to help pay rent for February valued at $1250

-leaving me with rent for March valued at $1250

-Leaving me with an overdue light bill valued at $700

That is including but not limited to.

I have put a lot of time, THOUSANDS of dollars, energy, effort, and my literal home to make these businesses happen with someone I was recommended to and thought I could trust. I have been completely blind sighted by this happening and am in need of support from my community. I am super disappointed and have no way to rectify this alone.

I am grateful for all donations and at this time am able to pay the past due for February, but still need:

-$750 remainder for March rent due IMMEDIATELY 

-$1250 for April (to give breathing room while this is all figured out)

-$700 for overdue light bill

-$180 for WiFi overdue

-various jeweler supplies

-reimbursement for affected clients
