This is setup for those wishing to contribute funds to help our family with past and future medical expenses due to my acquiring a rare, yet to be determined mitochondrial neuromuscular disease/ syndrome ( currently labeled as cramp fasciculation syndrome) presently have 9 specialist I see with Cleveland clinic genomics leading my team of doctors - over past 4 years have progressed to multi-organ disease that affects my daily quality of living
