Hello! My name is Andromeda (She/They) and I’m a trans girl. I create LGBTQ+ Tik Tok compilations on YouTube. My channel is Gremlins United.


I’m making this fundraiser in hopes of raising some money towards medically transitioning and becoming more comfortable in my body, so that how I feel matches how I have to see myself. Medically transitioning is  expensive; covering the costs of doctor’s appointements, gender therapy appointments, estrogen, and eventually gender reassignment surgery. I could not afford to transition soon on my own but I desperately need to transition and to help with my gender dysphoria.


I don’t want to ask for help, I have never been one to look for help from others, especially financially. I dont want anyone to feel pressured or pushed to donate. But I wanted to put this out there, I know I can’t wait much longer to be myself and I know I can’t wait long enough to raise the money on my own.


For a while I have not felt comfortable in my body and it took me a while to finally figure out and accept myself. Now that I have reached the point for the first time in my life where I know who I am I only wish that I can align that with how I appear on the outside.


I don’t ask for sympathy, I don’t want anyone to feel bad for me and feel like they need to donate. I am not bad off, there are many other people who have it far, far worse than me. Black trans women in particular have a much higher risk to their safety and are in much higher need of the money than I am as well as any trans people in a worse financial situation than I am. I highly encourage you to donate to them and help them before you consider donating to me, they are in much more need than I am. Small donations over time will help me to reach a point where I can afford bottom surgery and be more comfortable in my body - I ask that you don’t donate more than $20 if you want to and that any other money you are considering donating cango to other queer people who need it more than I do.
