Andrews Funeral and Medical Expense Fund

In these unfortunate times, we lost a very good young man. During this holiday season, it is hard to lose a child, with the burden of funeral and memorial expenses the family is looking for help. Please help if you can.

Andrew Jeremiah “AJ” Martin, 19, of Anamosa, Iowa, passed away on Wednesday, December 16, 2020, at the University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics in Iowa City, Iowa. The family will greet friends from 3 – 6 p.m. on Monday, December 21, 2020, at Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Service in Marion. A Memorial Service will begin at 6 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home conducted by Pastor Brody Tubaugh. A livestream of the funeral service may be accessed on the funeral home website tribute page for Andrew, under “photos and videos or media,” starting at 6 p.m. on Monday. A private family graveside service will be held on Tuesday, December 22, 2020, at Springville Cemetery in Springville, Iowa. All guests are respectfully requested to wear a face mask and practice social distancing.

Andrew was born May 23, 2001, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, the son of Loren Martin and Jenny Ball. He attended Anamosa High School. Andrew was very artistic and loved his dog, “Oreo”, music, cars and drag racing. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
