Andrew's family and friends would like to invite you to the 2nd annual "Andrew Mark Charity Co-ed Volleyball Tournament." Last years event was a huge success where nearly $3,000.00 was raised for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Southern Florida. This year we have a different charity chosen by the Mark family. Our goal is to raise more money than last year and with your help, we can achieve that goal.
The event will be at Ocean Cay Park January 17th, 2015 from 8:30am to 12:00pm (2188 Marcinski Road, Jupiter, FL. 33477).
If you would like to play in the tournament we are asking for a $25 entry fee. This will get you a tournament tank top, entry to the tournament and lunch catered by Andrew's favorite Park Ave. BBQ. We are going to have a total of five teams, eight people per team. For spectators, please donate $10 which includes lunch.
We are accepting donations this year on behalf of Cole Malone. Cole was originally diagnosed with Pre-B ALL Leukemia when he was two years old. After 3.5 years of chemotherapy treatment, Cole's Leukemia was gone and he and his family returned to a normal life. After nearly five years of being cancer free, Cole's Leukemia returned. Now nine years old, Cole has started a new treatment plan that will either be another multi-year chemotherapy treatment plan or a bone marrow transplant. The donations will help offset the staggering costs of hospital and specialist co-payments, medical treatments and prescriptions.
