Andrew Holmes Foundation: Englewood

On August 4th, 2018 Vasudevareddy Kethireddy went missing in the Englewood neighborhood.  Mr. Reddy, as he was referred to throughout Englewood, was a landlord in the community for over 15 years.  On September 28th, his body was discovered in a sewer at 62nd and May.  Although his life was taken, Mr. Reddy would not harbor hate or anger for anybody.  Instead, he was focused on his faith and the belief that prayer and love could solve any of his problems.

The Vasudeva Kethireddy Foundation is raising funds and awareness for causes supporting the Englewood community.  During the time of Mr. Reddy's disappearance, Mr. Andrew Holmes was critical in assisting local police with the investigation.  His team conducted numerous searches of vacant lots, abandoned buildings, dumpsters, sewers.  As a trusted leader in the community, he was able to meet with local residents and solicit tips.  He was critical in generating media interest, and he did not expect anything in return.  It is this type of community activism that is required in Englewood to encourage community participation in solving and preventing crime.

The Andrew Holmes Foundation is a not for profit organization established to help the less fortunate experience life events they would otherwise not have opportunity to participate in.  The AH Foundation will use this funding in the memory of Vasudeva Kethireddy for educational and support activities for causes such as:

1. Human Trafficking and Missing Persons: Flyer distribution, search teams, organizing local community members and church groups, seminars
2. Gun and Drug Violence Seminars
3. Heroin and Opioid Addiction
4. Youth Mentoring
5. Providing food and shelter for the homeless by supplying hot meals, hand warmers, socks and toiletry items.

Please Note:

The AH Foundation has not yet secured its 501(c)(3) status.  Therefore, donations are NOT tax deductible.  However, the AH foundation IS a non-profit organization.

All funds will be used for the aforementioned activities, will be audited, and will be documented on the blog page at
