It is with deep sadness, we share the following news:
Andres Lemus, former Fullerton Rangers youth soccer star on the Boys 96 White team, was tragically struck by a vehicle and killed while crossing the street Friday September 14th, 2018.
Andres aka “Pelon” was a strong defender and great teammate and was instrumental in helping the B96 team win (2) Dallas Cups and (2) National Championships, back to back, in 2011 and 2012. He loved playing soccer and represented Fullerton Rangers from the time he was a U-Little, until he aged out.
Andres however was much more than a star soccer player. He was a beloved son, brother, cousin and friend. We cannot comprehend his sudden loss and he is missed terribly.
Andres is survived by his parents Claudia, Pedro and 3 brothers.
Our prayers and condolences are extended to Andres’ family, friends and everyone affected by the sudden and devastating loss of this outstanding young man. He was just 21 years of age and taken too soon.
Please keep the Lemus family in your prayers and thoughts in the aftermath of this tragedy. Any donations would be greatly appreciated. the entire amount rasied will go to Andres parents to help with funeral and memorial services

Andrés Lemus, ex estrella de fútbol juvenil de Fullerton Rangers en el equipo Boys 96 White, fue golpeado trágicamente por un vehículo y asesinado mientras cruzaba la calle el viernes 14 de septiembre de 2018.
Andrés, alias "Pelón", fue un gran defensor y un gran compañero de equipo y jugó un papel decisivo para ayudar al equipo B96 a ganar (2) Copas de Dallas y (2) Campeonatos Nacionales, consecutivamente, en 2011 y 2012.
