Andre's Visit to Amen Clinic

I have dealt with depression & anxiety for much of my life, though I was diagnosed in my early 30s. For the last 25 years I have been on a variety of anti-depressants, most of which I had to discontinue either due to side effects or their ineffectiveness in relieving my symptoms for more than a few months. I have recently become aware of a clinic which does brain scans of a particular type (SPECT imaging). These images give their doctors a better idea of how to treat the individual. Treatment plans focus on diet, natural supplements, and other alternative therapies, as well as the use of pharmaceuticals when needed. It is my hope to go to one of their clinics, located in Atlanta, Georgia. There I would get a complete psychological exam, along with brain imaging both before treatment begins, as well as afterward to determine effectiveness. The money raised would pay for the clinic visit, including treatment, as well as my expenses going to Atlanta and back, and loss of income for the week I would be away.
