In memory of Andrea Preston

Over the weekend, our family lost a piece of our hearts as we said goodbye to Andrea - a mother, a daughter, a sister, an aunt, a cousin and a friend.
The tragic death of our sweet Andrea has rocked our world as a family and we are left to figure out life without her, a thought that will never feel right. Our lives will never be the same without her vibrant personality, incredible sense of humor and love.
Andrea loved deeply, she felt things deeply and her tender soul is now in a much better place. We love her so much and are assured she is in heaven looking down on us (probably calling us gay and making a fart noise).
But as we try day by day to move forward, it's important that we remember her legacy and embrace that in her honor. She left behind two beautiful, talented children who desparately need our support.
Tristan, 18, just graduated high school last month and will be attending the University of Miami in the fall.
Khloe, 6, will be entering first grade in the fall.
These kids need us right now. They need our love, they need our assistance.
The news is nothing short of devastating, Andrea loved her kids more than anything in the world, which why I (her sister) along with her other sister (Wendy) have set up this page to create a fund to support her children and to help pay for her burial costs.
In lieu of flowers, we are asking that those who are willing find it in their heart to donate to this cause. The money will be used for some of her burial costs, as mentioned, but the rest will be used to support and raise her two precious babies in trusts established in their name.

You all mean so much to us, and so much to my sister and the outpouring of support and love has been overwhelming and comforting in this troublesome time.
As Mr. Rogers said, "'When I was a boy and I would see scary things ... my mother would say to me, 'Look for the helpers. You will always find people who are helping.'"
We are so grateful to all of our "helpers" out there.
