Andre's Care Fund

Hello everyone! As you all know, Andre has been lucky enough to get his double lung transplant so soon after getting on the list, and even luckier to be doing so incredibly well in such a short time after surgery! Everyone who knows and loves Andre is well aware of the challenges he has been faced with and overcome his whole life. There is no one stronger and more determined! Now that he has gotten himself over yet another hurdle and is on his way to living the life he so deserves, we have to deal with some non-ideal facts. This surgery, the recovery, and the life-long maintenace are going to cost hundreds of thousands of dollars - and fortunately, insurance is covering the bulk of it, but not all of it, so with costs that high, the portion he will be responsible for is astronomical. We all need to come together and support him - just like we have throughout this whole process - so that we can ensure that his new quality of life is not diminished by such a huge financial burden. Andre has been able to rally the troops and raise tens of thousands of dollars for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation over the years, and now it is our turn to rally behind him when he needs it most. Please donate whatever you can, however big, however small. There are thousands of people who know him and/or have been following his journey through social media. To know Andre is to love Andre. Please come together and help the person who has never, and would never ask. Any donation would be so greatly appreciated. As lucky as Andre is to have so many people who love him, we are the luckier ones - having him in our lives has most definitely made every one of us a better person.
