Anderson Family Healing

On April 24th, 7 weeks post partum with her second son, Shante' left her family to seek in-patient mental health care treatment for PTSD resulting largely from two back to back high-risk pregnancies. Following the completion of her in-patient program the Nic, Shante' and their two children went to stay with their in-laws in Idaho Falls, ID to have support during the intense transition. Its been nearly 3 months since they've come back together and the family is ready to go home. 

The funds being raised are going towards the cost to travel so they can return to their home in Beaverton, OR and covering living expenses for Nic to take time off from his job for the family to heal and reintegrate back into their life.

Shante' and Nic have been married for 3.5 years and have two boys. Rowan just turned 2 and Forth is 6 months old. Nic works as a Super Intendant for a construction company that works traveling. Shante' has been a part time work from home Virtual Wellness Coach but is making changes to work advocating for Mental Health awareness and full spectrum healing. 

The funds thus far have helped by covering:

-Mental Health care, which is not covered by Nic and Shante's insurance; each appointment is upwards of $100.
-Utilities and lawncare costs for their home in Oregon left totally unexpectedly when Shante' went into Treatment at the end of April. 
-Childcare for their two children under two.
