Ancona Family

My name is Mackenzie Vreeland, and I created this fundraiser to help support my close friend and housemate, Gianna. Tragically, Gianna lost her twin brother, Joe-- something no one was prepared for. This tragedy has influenced her family, friends, and community immensely. There are no words to describe the pain everyone is going through, but for now, the biggest help is having the support of a community.

As a small act to help, Danielle Chenoweth, another close friend of Gianna's, and I have decided to raise money to help Gianna and her family during this struggling time. The funds collected will be used for Joe's service and generously accepted through his memory. Any small amount would mean the world to her family.

Joseph Ancona was a beloved 20-year-old from Westwood, New Jersey. He was working as an electrician and stagehand in New York City. He passed away on October 24th in a tragic accident in New York City. Joe was loved by so many, and we want him to continue being remembered as the amazing man he was. We thank everybody for their prayers and condolences and thank you for thinking of our family in this difficult time.
