Anaya's New Ride

My little princess was born full-term 4lbs 12ozs and 17ins. Anaya is growing before my eyes. I was told she wasn’t going live beyond 3 days old and by the grace of God and his mercy has turned 12 years old this year and doing good. She weighs 77lbs and is 4’11”, and is getting too big for carrying back and forth to the car. It’s time for mommy’s little love bug to get an upgrade.
Anaya has a chromosome defect known as Trisomy 18/Edwards Syndrome (http://www.trisomy18.org/what-is-trisomy-18/), (CP) Cerebral Palsy, and chronic lung disease. As of December 2016 she had a tracheostomy, which a hole is placed surgically through the neck into the windpipe, a trach is placed to have a ventilator assist with breathing.  She is doing great and had her wheelchair adjusted with a ventilator tray and oxygen tank holder.
I need to get a down payment to help get the conversion van to transport Anaya around in her wheelchair. With the van I will be able to safely transport Anaya in her wheelchair secured within it. I will be trading in my current vehicle for the van but it will not be enough towards my down payment. I am asking for help because this is something truly needed for my daughter and I don’t have it. I know how blessed I am to have my child and that prayer works but I would be forever grateful for any assistance that is given towards the down payment. Thank you in advance and blessings.
