ANAM CARA Firewalk

Life and Light Chiropractic are holding their first annual community firewalk to raise money for Anam Cara! The ethos behind Life & Light is showing people that they are capable of much more than anyone has allowed them to believe. That in fact, your body is powerful exactly as it is now, so powerful that it can walk over 700 degree coals without burning! There is a spiritual element to a firewalk as you become connected with the most powerful part of yourself to make this happen. Empowerment, spirituality and learning is also at the heart of Anam Cara which is why they have chosen us as their nominated charity for this event.

The event involves a 2 hour seminar where participants will be coached on how to firewalk safely, before getting prepared to walk.

Firewalkers are invited to make a donation to Anam Cara which represents the value of how amazing they feel after walking on fire! We appreciate donations of all sizes, from participants, their friends and family and supporters of the charity.

ANAM CARA is a voluntary organisation, aimed at helping individuals who are experiencing hardship in their life, whether it be now or previously.

We help those who experience things such as low self-worth or low self-esteem, are using unhealthy coping mechanisms such as alcohol, drugs, food and social media, are stuck in an unfortunate situation or unable to move forward from a difficult experience.

By donating you will enable us to carry out workshops, online and face to face, which will provide support, guidance and necessary help to individuals in need.

The demand for our services is rising continuously and we want to provide as many women as possible with a lifeline, a chance to move forward and find a better version of themselves.

These workshops are vital to many people - please help us support as many people as we can.
