Anais’ Summer Camp Experience

I was accepted to the Boston Leadership Institute summer camp. So, I am raising money to further my education and gain experience in the medical field. I am already CPR and first aid certified through my school and really enjoy science. Last year I took 9th grade biology when I was in 8th grade so this year I'm taking chemistry. My teacher has recommended that I take AP physics next year which will give me 3 college credit hours. On the health science track at my high school I have taken principles of health science and sports medicine and next year will be taking medical terminology. I also have applied to become a student trainer next fall which would allow me to work with the two athletic trainers treating athletes in high school sports. I believe this summer camp would give me hands on experience and further information that I can't receive at my public high school.  I am also really excited about the opportunity to meet people from all around the world.

The breakdown of my expenses: $2,200  for the tuition, room and board which is $1,800, and airfare $500.  The camp requires that we put a $500 deposit down by April 14th to secure my spot. The balance is due May15th. I would appreciate any help you could give me to reach my dreams!
