An urgent medical assistants

My name is Khadijah Musa Abdi I am currently homeless and staying temporarily with a Somali family who have kindly taken me in. Unfortunately, they themselves often have no meals to eat. I am blind and have a disability, as well as a vaginal tumor. My womb has also prolapsed and is hanging out. I have a child who needs me, and i am in desperate need of medical assistance.
