My Volunteer trip to Ecuador

Hi, my name is Euan Walker and i am a student at the University of the West of Scotland. This year i decided to make a change and challenge myself to take part in something worth remembering. In  June 2017 i will be travelling over to Ecuador along with 10 other students in my University, to take part in an amazing opportunity. We will be in Ecuador for two weeks and in that time period we will be assiting  a local village by helping in construction work and aiding them with educating the children too. The money donated will help me finance the trip, which includes flights, accomodation, transport and much more.  Any ounstanding money will be funded by myself, as the opportunity and experience i will gain from the trip is too good to miss out on. I have learnt a lot of skills through my life so far and the one thing i enjoy the most is being able to give something back. I have been in The Boy's Brigade for more than thirteen years and have recently become an officer which gives me the chance to give something back to my company. This trip is another opportunity for me to not only give something back, but also gain new experiences and skills that will help me in years to come. Any donation is appreciated and i thank you for helping me reach my goal for 2017.
