Amy's Road to Healing

Hi, my name is Morgan. I am starting this fundraiser on behalf of my other pharmacy coworkers for our coworker, and very good friend Amy. I have known Amy personally for almost six years through our mutual job at Wegmans Pharmacy. Amy has worked at Wegmans for thirty years, going on 31 years in March! Throughout these years, Amy has continuously provided incredible customer service for patients in need of a helping hand, a kind smile or a laugh. In turn, Amy is now in need of a helping hand that she so generously provides to others. Two months ago, Amy was told she had an arachnoid cyst inside her skull located next to her brain that needed removal due to the pressure it was causing on her brain. Amy had the arachnoid cyst removed, but unfortunately, she ended up with spinal fluid coming out of her incision and was left again in the hospital for 9 days with a temporary shunt. Fast forward, now Amy unfortunately, had to go through another invasive surgery to have a permanent lumbar shunt placed because the fluid began to retain itself again. Amy has been going through the hardest time of her life these past two months and has a long road of recovery ahead of her. I am looking for donations to help alleviate some of the financial stress and burdens that come with life so Amy may focus on what's important: her health. Any funds donated will be given directly to Amy for her to use for bills including medical bills, groceries bills, house bills etc. Any donations would be greatly appreciated and I thank you so much for your time!
