Amy's Last Chance - SIRT Treatment

Hi there.
My name is Amy and I'm 32 years old. I'm asking for your help to raise money for a radiotherapy treatment that could extend my life.
In January 2017, I gave birth to a stillborn son at 6 months. I had lost 65lbs, became very ill and was eventually admitted to hospital. I had an emergency surgery to remove my entire bowel and give me a permanent ileostomy (poo bag).
I have a genetic condition called familial adenomatous polyposis (FAP) which carries a 100% lifetime risk of bowel cancer, but I didn't know about it because nobody else in my family has it.
Through a number of scans, we discovered that I had stage 4 bowel cancer - it had spread to my liver. I was told that I could have an operation which would erradicate the cancer from my liver.
I began chemotherapy in July and in September we discovered that my liver tumours had grown extremely aggressively and gone from 5 to 30+. My chemo had failed and I was told that my cancer was terminal. I was given two months to live.
I went on to have a palliative chemotherapy which kept my cancer at bay for a short while but we've just found out that it has also stopped being effective and my oncologist has decided to stop it.
There is a treatment which could benefit me called SIRT (Selective Internal Radiation Therapy). It involves injecting microbeads of radiation directly into the liver. The treatment is not currently available on the NHS and it costs £20,000 (Edit: following our consultation, we’ve found out it will be more like £25K).
I want more than anything to have more time to spend with my husband and family. I'm setting aside my pride to ask for your help to get this treatment.
