On Wednesday, May 2nd, our beloved Amy suffered a brain hemorrhage which caused a massive stroke. She is currently in the ICU with her daughters, Avery and Mallory, right by her side as the doctors do everything they can to determine our next steps. While the MRIs fail to show any signs of improvement, we remain hopeful as Amy becomes more responsive. She is moving her feet, squeezing hands, and keeping her eyes open periodically. We are told that these are good signs that Amy’s motor skills haven’t been severely damaged. Unfortunately, only time will tell the true extent of the damage caused by this stroke.If you know Amy, then you understand her profound love for Avery and Mallory. However, Amy isn’t just an incredible mother to her girls. She is also one of the most selfless, badass people on the planet who would do absolutely anything to help another in their time of need. Sadly, Amy does not have health insurance and many days in the ICU have resulted in extensive medical bills. We, Amy’s loved-ones, are asking for your help in supporting this wonderfully kind and compassionate woman in HER time of need.
