Amy Segovia Fire Fund

Amy Segovia lost everything in the recent Almeda Fire that destroyed so much of Talent and Phoenix, Oregon. 

Amy made it out alive with her horse and cat, but nothing else.  This Go Fund Me has been set up to help Amy through her immediate needs. It won't give her back her family heirlooms, or her clay studio, but it will help her deal with today, and the ever mounting expenses of rebuilding her life. 


Amy is staying temporarily where she keeps her horse. Savings are going fast.

"I’m staying positive and looking to rebuild.  It is going to take a long time.
Insurance is not going to last that long.  So much to think about right now. 
This is just horrific and I’m exhausted.  Just trying to plan and cope.

I try not to think of all the items I lost that are irreplaceable. Photos, gifts, my
grandmothers furniture, and ceramics that I’ve collected from fellow potters.  
My studio is gone. My glaze recipes. My sculptures. The list goes on. I don’t know how to put a price on those for insurance reasons. I will get through this.  "
