<div>This October, I’ll be taking on the Amsterdam Marathon — all 26.2 miles of it — to raise funds for Cardiomyopathy UK, a charity that means a great deal to me.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Cardiomyopathy is a heart muscle disease that affects thousands of people in the UK. It’s specifically Hypertrophic Obstructive Cardiomyopathy (HOCM) — a condition where the heart muscle becomes thickened, making it harder for the heart to pump blood. It can cause breathlessness, chest pain, fainting, and in some cases, can be life-threatening.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Cardiomyopathy UK provides vital support, information, and research funding to help those affected live longer and better lives. Every donation, no matter the size, helps them continue their work!
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The training will be tough, but nothing compared to the daily challenges faced by people living with cardiomyopathy. Knowing I have your support will keep me going through every mile.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Let’s run towards a future where cardiomyopathy can be better understood, treated, and maybe even prevented.
</div>

</div>
<div>Thanks
