Amputation Surgery or euthanasia

This is Queen, She got out of my yard Monday night and had gotten hit. When i found out who had her i got into contact with her and she had told me Queen got hit by a car that night. I went to pick her up and took her straight to the vet, they took her xrays and her ankle on her back leg was completely broken off. The vet said its a break that cant be fixed with surgery and that cant heal on its own.  So the only option is to amputate her leg, sinces shes young shell be able to accommodate and adjust better after the surgery of i cant do the Surgery then the next step they would talk about is euthanasia! I cant even think about putting my babygirl to sleep over this. The overall amout is a little over 2000 but all im asking for help is with the downpayment of 800 just to do the Surgery and to handle the after care then ill get on a payment plan. So PLEASE ANYBODY HELP me get my babygirls surgery.
