Linda's Medical Fund

Once again my battle with cancer has ensued.  On Oct. 30th I had surgery  to remove another tumor and some lymph nodes that ended up being metastatic cancer.  I now face chemotherapy again.  The good news is I may be eligible, after chemo, for a drug that has been shown to slow the progression of the disease.  I feel very hopeful about that possibility.  

I’d hoped to avoid having to ask my friends for assistance but am not able to do so any longer.  I’m able to work a little bit, but unfortunately am not bringing in enough to support myself.  The next four months are expected to be challenging.  So, I find myself in the position of being honest and letting my village know what’s happening.
