Chris Tate- Medical expenses

Chris Tate was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes at the ago of 30. As he approaches his 6th year managing everyday life with this disease he has developed many complications that has allowed him to not be able to work since October 2013. He has applied for disability & has been denied several times already. Currently he is still pressing the matter & just playing the waiting game. Meanwhile medical bills & other monthly expenses are adding up quick. He is not one to ask for help from others, so I (his sister) am seeking it for him.
Chris is a married father of (soon to be) 5 boys. He has always been a hard worker & equally provided for his family alongside his wife. He recently started a job to try to help his family out. That one day of work has now cost him 2 visits to the ER. He is clearly unable to work. At this point he is feeling pretty helpless.
He has also developed neuropathy (nerve damage) in the past couple years & Necrobiosis lipoidica, (a skin condition also from the diabetes that causes alot of pain in his legs.) It took him 5 Dr's visits to numerous doctors & ER to diagnosis the skin condition last year.
Any donation would be greatly appreciated & used towards medical bills, Copays, gas to Dr's visits, monthly utilities, food for his family & the list goes on. Not only will this help financially but physically the worrying is not helping with his medicial issues.
