American Warrior Military Mentorship and Training

Family, friends, and supporters:

As some of you may already know Dan Clor of American Warrior Festival and Casey Mehlenbacher of Beyondriven Fitness and Performance have partnered together to help the youth of the nation. We are doing this by building a team of exceptionally qualified individuals and organizations whose goal is to enrich the lives of these young adults by providing them with the resources and guidance needed to thrive in both their professional and personal endeavors.

Over 70% of this population (17-24 year-olds) are currently ineligible to pursue a career OF ANY KIND in the United States military.

The two primary reasons for this are:
Inability to pass the ASVAB test (reading and math skills)
Disqualifications on the physical fitness test - a primary reason being obesity

Our mission is two-fold.

First, we are working to improve literacy and competence in mathematics by developing a network of tutors, teachers, and mentors nationwide.

Our first ASVAB success story - This young man went from a failing score (ineligible for service of any kind) to a passing score that will offer him a range of career opportunities. Our team was able to facilitate this increase over a period of just 3 weeks!

Secondly, we are personally vetting and onboarding fitness professionals and top-level facilities around the country to combat the growing obesity epidemic that is not only affecting young adults but is slowly growing to affect people of all ages and demographics.

Our first steps have been to organically grow and develop a proof of concept model in our local area. We are currently a small grassroots movement of volunteers in the Western NY area and have started our onboarding process for new team members for fitness and ASVAB tutoring in North Carolina and Arizona, respectively.

A key element in our path is working to raise awareness of our program up the chain of military command. In today's digitalized world one of the best approaches to this is with high-quality media (photos, videos, etc).

We are looking for help in funding the acquisition of professional-level media talent to help us document our journey and grow it to a level that it can receive government funding.

All donations will go directly to this cause. It is our strong belief that improving math and literacy rates, as well as helping to improve the general health and well-being of young men and women across the nation will not only help them attain a career they will enjoy but will set them up with the best possible chance at thriving in all areas of life.

We will be posting updates regularly as we continue to build this program from the ground up. Thank you so much for any amount that you are able to give and we look forward to sharing our journey with you!
