An American Teen Scholar in England!

Hello, all! I am the VERY proud father of an AMAZING young daughter, and this is HER very own effort!

Our daughter, Dominique has always excelled academically; literally from Kindergarten, she has maintained 4.0+!

 

Well, now our beloved over-achiever is a HS Junior and exploring options for higher learning at college. Naturally, her being her, she has sights squarely set on prestigious and/or Ivy-league institutions. The goal here is not tuition; not at all. In fact, we're quite confident Dominique will have her pick of scholarships. Our confidence is based on her historic academic performance, her extra-curricular endeavors, her absolute work ethic, and her wonderful heart.

 

Our objective here is regarding the HUGE opportunity she has for a Cambridge University summer program! Dominique has had vivid dreams of attending University in the UK, for several years.  In lieu of applying to Cambridge for attendance, she applied for a summer program for 2022, the summer preceding her HS senior year.

 

It's a truly wonderful immersive program where she gets to travel to England, stay on the Cambridge campus, and take a few Cambridge-level courses for the summer! This is NO summer camp, the participants get a crash course on life as a Cambridge student and Dominique relishes the challenge!  (She's been accepted to the Cambridge program, and she's also applying to the Notre Dame summer program!)

 

Okay... the application fee we've paid of course, ($693.00 USD)! The tuition to attend the Cambridge summer course is $7,000 USD.

 

Dominique RARELY asks for ANYTHING! Literally, like a book or 2 occasionally. We've always wanted to be those parents who rewarded her excellence in ways that supported it and encouraged it.

Please, we humbly ask of you on her behalf, give what you can without overburdening yourself. Help fund our incredible daughter's pursuit of excellence!
