Hello all,
Ameera Ahmed's mom (pictured on the left, and her daughter on the right) passed away unexpectedly at a relatively early age the night before on August 30, 2017. Ameera, who has been many years an alumn of Congressional School of Virginia was just living with her mom. Her dad disconnected from their lives many years before, and since then the small relatives living in the USA and the relationship with them was non existent.
Ameera was always a studious girl, who will always live with her mom trying to make her happy, and a good daughter. Ameera has no siblings, she is the only child. Her mom always had a fragile health. I remember her to be worried about so many things and how all she wanted is Ameera to succeed in life and have a strong education, this is why she chose CSOV.
Unfortunately, it did not happen. In order for Ameera to pay for a career, she decided to go to NOVA and work full-time. She is currently starting her 2nd year at NOVA.
Ameera graduated from CSOV in 2012 along with my daughter Qudsia, Zeena, Samukta, Antara and other friends...... Everyone loved her.... and all these kids are still in touch through Instagram and Social Media, this is how we found out, when she shared a black note saying to pray for her mom that passed away....
When I heard in detail her circumstances and how she is trying to make it for college, it brought me down in tears and I decided to create a fund for her to help her stand on her feet, to help her finish college as she wants to go to GMU and get a job that will support her for the rest of her life. Please pray for them and donate with any amount you can so she can pay for her career and all the expenses she has as she is on her own now........ ALL the funds will go for her except for the fees that gofundme.org will ask.
