Amber! Graduation with honors

Imagine this....Age 14 pregnant and her School Counselor (a member of our extended family was her social worker and school counselor ) connected us.  She was neglected, from a military dad who disowned her, a mom who she moved in with around age 12 and no guidance. We met her at age 14.  Mentored her and loved her.  She gave birth at age 15.  Her mom showed up for 30 minutes.  Eric and I with Dia Mundle delivered Our Savannah (who is now 13).  We loved this child like no other.  We Finally got her thru high school.  Thru dental assistant school and she was once again homeless. She moved in with a guy friend and his dad.  Within months she was pregnant again.  We adopted this child also.  This is our Caroline who is almost 8.  Amber has been an overcomer.  She is in an amazing relationship with TOMMY for four years.  She graduates at Arizona State University later this month.  She has a Ceramics Arts Degree with  minor in Education.  She is Persuing a Masters so she can teach college and mentor others!  She has been an advocate for years for open adoption.  Please help us in raising money for a pottery wheel for her graduation gift.  She is breaking the cycle of abuse, neglect, education and poverty!  She is like a daughter to Eric and I!  Years ago anonymous donors sent her graduation cards and donated to her education fund!  It’s what inspired her to keep going!  Any donation is appreciated!
