Amber and Joe Fire Relief Fund

Donation protected

Amber and Joe, a creative young couple came home on December 5, 2020 to find their dreams and pets consumed by an apartment fire. Firefighters were on sight and have provided a clear idea of
what was lost that night. A firefighter stated that nearly everything was destroyed by fire and water damage, and that only one of the two cat's remains have been found. Their second fur baby was likely taken in the fire as well. The exact cause of the apartment fire has yet to be determined, but possible costs outside of the loss of home and property may be incurred.

Amber and Joe recently moved from the LA area looking to make a home in Arizona where the cost of living was less, and they could more freely pursue their artistic careers. They have been successful in making a life out in Arizona, and have become a staple of the community. In the past Amber has done holiday murals on local business windows, and attended art events in the community. While community building has been hampered by COVID the couple has gotten by on Amber's self-built, budding art career and Joe’s teachers aide position. Now everything has been taken from them, creating art is impossible due to the loss of expensive equipment.

Amber’s instagram Thunderpuss provides her followers with a sense of the lightness and oddness of life, but even the commissions that could have helped them through this holiday
season have been lost, along with other inventory. All art supplies have been destroyed as the fire was central to the kitchen and workspace. Joe’s band Boa Constrictors lost instruments and musical equipment as well.

The fire department has confirmed that their extensive art and entertainment collections, clothing, and personal effects have been destroyed by the fire directly or indirectly through water and smoke damage.

This is going to be an especially hard holiday season for this
artistic couple and they could use your help to get things going again. Amber is in need of an editing and art capable laptop, drawing tablet, printer, touchnew and shuttle art markers, and
various art supplies to get her career started again.
Please consider helping this couple get back on their feet.
Thank you in advance for your generosity.
