AMBA Batting Cage Fundraiser

Aylmer Minor Baseball has been providing local youth with the opportunity to play baseball for over 50 years.  Last season (2019) AMBA ran programs for over 340 kids between the ages of 3 and 15 years old.

AMBA is always looking to improve our programs.  Something that has always been missing has been local access to batting cages.  Cages are invaluable tools for improving batting, pitching and throwing in a safe and controlled environment.

AMBA is looking to fundraise to purchase two portable batting cages.  The batting cages can be linked together to form one longer section or used  as two sections independently.   The advantage of these portable cages are that they can be used indoors or outdoors and easily moved between locations to maximize use.  Vandalism is common for outdoor cages.  These cages will be packed up and stored safely after each use.  These cages are also very safe as the net is hung inside the cage so as to prevent any ricochet off the structure.  The quality of the cages are very high and used by high schools, colleges and pro leagues.
