On 2/21/23 at 5:56 PM EST, an Amazon driver delivered a package to my house. What I thought was a normal day, turned into a nightmare.

The driver pulls up to my garage area, rolled down the driver window and acknowledges my dog Starr. At 5:57 PM, the driver backs up and hits my dog in my driveway and she cries out very loudly in pain. Knowing what happened, the driver decides to drive over her once more, ultimately killing her. My security cameras captured the incident and it's absolutely horrifying.

I don't want ANYONE to experience this EVER. I am setting up this fundraiser to bring justice to Starr. I would like to advocate and file suit to change the laws/procedures/protocols for the protection of ALL animals and children on personal property when packages are delivered. There needs to be better safety measures and protocols to ensure safe deliveries. All delivery vehicles need to be equipped with forward and rear cameras, obstacle sensors, and drivers must take ongoing mandatory safety courses. With the increasing amount of online shopping and subsequent deliveries, this change is needed more than ever.
