Transition Fundraiser for Amaris

Hello,

My name is Amaris Ortiz. I am a transgender man and am currently seeking financial backing as I transition from female to male. Currently there is minimal to no insurance companies that will cover transgender medical expenses in the state of Texas, therefore, I have to ask you for help :)
This past year has been huge for the Trans* community as more states are passing laws making insurance companies provide healthcare for us. The amount of people who are becoming more knowledgable of our community is growing fast thanks to people like Lavern Cox  and Aydian Dowling who are being open with thier story. I only wish to do the same.
I am so proud to say that I am apart of such a huge movement. We are making history! Please become part of history and help bring awareness by sharing my story with your friends and making a donation to my campaign.
