Amanda’s Mission Trip- Costa Rica

From a young age, I, Amanda Harvey, have had a passion for animals. I have volunteered at different shelters and farms around my home city of Lubbock since I was young, but now I’d like to take it to the next level.  I am trying to attend a Global Leadership Adventure mission trip in which I’d be volunteering in the land of the strays in Costa Rica. This area is known for having thousands of stray dogs, and I will be vigorously working at a veterinary clinic to help care for these injured, stray animals. From this opportunity, I will be getting valueable hands-on experience in the veterinary field, the job field I’ve have decided to pursue. But this is where you come in, I can’t reach my goal of traveling to Costa Rica to help these innocent animals without your help. I need to raise $5,000.00 dollars for airfare, housing, food and other necessities to make my dream come true. I am asking that you reach into your hearts (and your wallets) to make a donation!
