Some of you might not have had the good fortune to meet Mandy. I do not feel less of you, as I myself have only been the beneficiary of her friendship for the last several years. Mandy is an amazing human being.
Not only is she smarter and more charismatic than you, but she genuinely has one of the biggest hearts of anyone I have ever known. No one fights more fiercely for her family and friends than Mandy. To have an ally in her means that you have done something right in life.
She is also the single mother to three of the best kids on the planet. Ethan, Aiden, and Alex are teen age boys who are all very different personality wise, but have the same high moral, intellectual, and altruistic personalities that have obviously been passed down from their mother. I am not exaggerating in the least when I say that any one of these kids or all three can grow up to have world changing potential.
Mandy is facing a medical and financial crisis right now. She needs a series of surgeries to greatly increase the probability of staying in this world with us for the long term. She calculated the cost of just the medical expense and needs to come up with $4284.16 that insurance will not pay. I am asking for double that for her campaign because she refuses to factor in time missed from work, expenses she has already paid out of pocket for previous surgeries, and to act as a buffer in case things become more expensive as they all too often do when dealing with medical issues.
