The Compton Family

It is with the deepest sorrow that we announce that Walter "Hugh" Compton III passed away suddenly on October 26, 2022, at 46 years old. Hugh has left behind his wife of 17 years, his teenage children Makaylah and Seven, as well as his adult children Jasmine and Tony.

Hugh was born and raised in North Carolina, where he loved camping, surfing, fishing, and being outdoors. He spent most of his career as a Computer Software Engineer and truly loved building and repairing computers.

The untimely passing of Hugh has left Amanda scrambling financially, trying to make ends meet as well as cover funeral and memorial expenses on a single income. For all of us who truley know Amanda, you know she has a hard time asking for help, and she will do anything for their kids to ensure they get what they need. Any raised funds will go towards medical bills, living expenses, and college funds for the kids as they begin to navigate life without Hugh.
