Medical expenses for Chris Bowman

Donation protected

On January 4, 2018 the Bowman family's lives changed in an instant.
Chris Bowman a determined man was scheduled to work the morning of
January 4th. However, Chris had woke up that morning with slurred
speech, difficulty walking and using his right arm proved to be difficult as
well. Chris' wife, Jen realizing his symptoms were very serious talked
Chris into going to the local Emergency room to be seen to find out what
had happened to Chris. As tests were ran Chris and Jen learned Chris had
suffered a severe stoke on the left side of his brain; which left the right
side of his body to suffer from the stroke.
Chris was in Cleveland Clinic Akron General Medical Center from
January 4th through January 9th. While hospitalized doctors attempted
to find a cause for this stroke. They preformed a MRI, CAT Scan, put a
small camera down his throat to look at the back side of his heart to see if he has a hole behind his heart which would've caused the stroke. So far
doctors have not come up an explanation as to what caused this stroke.
Now Chris is in a physical therapy center and  will need physical therapy
to help him regain the strength he had prior to the stroke. The funds
which are donated to this gofundme account will help the Bowman
family with the Medical bills which have quickly accumulated since he
has been in the hospital and now a therapy center. All and any donation is greatly appreciated. Anyone who knows Chris and Jen knows they don't
like to take money they haven't earned. When asking Jen about a
gofundme account she was overwhelmed with the thought that she and Chris are in a situation which blind sighted them and they desperately
need the help. As a friend I offered to set this account up with her
permission. All donations will be given directly to Chris and Jen Bowman.
I asked Jen what she could tell me about Chris that I could used to
describe him on this page. Jen said confidently "Chris is a 34 year old
whose passion is too big for words. He's a loving husband, an amazing
father of 4 beautiful children ages 13, 10, 4, and 1. He enjoys his race life, racing his four wheeler for the WEXCR series in southern Ohio. Chris is
the guy who only has $5.00 to his name and will give it to you if you need
it. The guy who will rip a bike apart at midnight to get a part off of the
bike for a fellow racer who needs it for a race. I cannot say enough about this man who I am so lucky to call my husband".
Chris works as a heavy machine operator for a fuel tank installer. He is
always on his feet doing something if not at work then he's doing
something at home. This guy is in his work boots from sun up to sun
down. Chis is a hard working, family man. His work family I'm sure
misses him at work. And I know without a doubt his wife and children
miss him being at home. The goal is to get Chris the therapy he needs to
regain his strength.
Going home is the ultimate goal to be with his family. No one at the age of
34 expects they are going to suffer from a massive stroke which leaves
them unable to be with their family or do all the normal things we take
for granted on a day-to-day basis. Any donation is appreciated as well as sprayers. The Bowman's will forever be thankful. God bless.
