The Boone Family Fund
Donation protected
During the early morning hours of June 19, 2014, Nicole Boone, who was 36 weeks pregnant with twin boys, woke to go to the bathroom and realized her water had broken. Almost immediately, Nicole collapsed and passed away. An amniotic fluid embolism, which is an extrememly rare obstetric emergency, claimed Nicole's life when the amniotic fluid entered her bloodstream and traveled to her heart, like a blood clot.
Once at the hospital, a C-section was performed in an attempt to save the twins. Both babies were born alive, but Isaac only lived for a few minutes. Israel was placed on life support, but on June 22, 2014, he was removed from life support and spent his final moments with his father, sister, and brothers.
Isaac and Israel will be laid to rest in their mother's arms.
Nicole's husband, Steven, and their four children now have to figure out how to navigate through life without Nicole, Isaac, and Israel. The journey they face will be full of challenges and heartache. If you can help ease the financial burden by donating any amount of money, please do. All donations will go to Steven and the kids, with the main goal being to start a college fund for the four children. Your compassion and support means more than you'll ever know. If you cannot donate money, please say prayers on their behalf.
Thank you and God bless!
