On Saturday 1st November, time to be announced later. An able bodied person can walk this distance quite fast according to the sat nav. . . I won't be adding a time to my attempt but I'm thinking the sat nav might be ashamed of me in the long run. I do know that I will be walking four and a half miles, with chaperones. My Dystonia aside and the aftermath that I daren't think about, I am excited to try....
