Dementia and Alzheimer Wellbeing at Alwyndor

Alwyndor is an Aged Care provider located in the beautiful seaside suburb of Hove. We are fundraising to purchase a Tovertafel ‘Magic Table’, a light and colour based, sensory activity for our residents. The Tovertafel has been designed for people with cognitive challenges including Dementia and Alzheimer’s disease.

This interactive activity includes a range of games and fun activities, providing a new and unique way for residents to use on their own, with other residents and with loved ones of all ages to connect, communicate and have fun, offering new activities and making visits with loved ones an even happier time.

The Tovertafel will cost us $20,000 to purchase and install for our residents and we are currently seeking donations from our community to assist us in raising these funds.
