Alton Bishop

Hey Folks....I'm sure by now many of you have heard of the devastating tragedy that has befallen my brother-in-law, Alton Bishop. For those that haven't, he suffered a spinal cord injury while enjoying time with family on the lake.  Alton and his wife, Cathy, have spent the last 15 days in the Syracuse Upstate Medical Facility.  He is in stable condition and in great spirits and will soon be released to Sunnyview Rehab Center in Schenectady which specializes in spinal cord injuries.  Alton will undergo weeks of extensive rehabilitation of his upper and lower body.  After many requests by friends wanting to help, we've decided to start a GoFundMe account to help Alton and Cathy as they travel down this long, hard road to recovery.  The outpouring of well wishes, prayers, and words of encouragement have been tremendous.  Please continue to support this fine man as he fights and will incur the costs of rehab, therapy, and home modifications that may include lifts and ramps, and other equipment.
