Alternative Tim Martin Remembrance

As many of you know, Tim passed away suddenly of massive cardiac arrest over the weekend on Dec. 16. In the last few years, TIm has come to embrace Buddhism and what his daughter Eimhear likes to describe as Earthen religions. In line with his spirituality, Tim did not want his body processed with chemicals or to be artificially "prepared" in any way. For this reason, there will not be a viewing or visitation or funeral service as he is being cremated no later than Dec. 20. 

However, we understand Tim touched many people who are left shocked by his sudden passing who would appreciate the opportunity to express their grief in some manner, so we have opened this Gofundme in lieu of flowers that may have been sent to a viewing. Any funds donated will go exclusively to help cover Eimhear's college expenses that Tim had previously taken care of. We just picked the $1500 amount because we had to put something and it is the amount of a student loan Tim took out in Eimhear's name that he planned to pay off while she was in college so that she would graduate with some good credit standing under her belt.

We are, of course, grateful and humbled by any contribution anyone chooses to make. Tim loved Eimhear so much. He was so proud of her beauty, intelligence, talent, spirit, creativity, all of it.
