ALS my brother needs help he is very ill with this

My brother has ALS there is no cure for it as of yet normally it's 2 to 5 years to live after being told by Dr that you have it. It's very costly for everything you need it's takes everything away from you walking talking moving just everything and it's a struggle with all the bills medical and cost of living my brother can't work any longer and he needs help I would appreciate all the help we can get thank you and God bless
