Allyson + Scott's Big Move

Hello family / friends / loved ones!

We are so excited to begin two very big chapters in our lives: getting married and moving overseas!

For the past several months we have worked hard to set in motion a September move to the beautiful city of Amsterdam in the Netherlands. We are fortunate that Scott will be able to continue practicing economics and ride his bike everywhere, and that Allyson can continue a profession in teaching languages and immerse herself in the European lifestyle. 

The process and preparation for these events has been a rollercoaster! But we are excited to begin our adventure, and are so appreciative for all the love and support we receive.

We ask, in lieu of gifts, that if you would like to celebrate our marriage, you can instead help us with our move.  It will not be easy or cheap, but our hearts are set on making Amsterdam our new home.  We plan to ship our most cherished belongings and, of course, bring our two cat children along for the ride.  

Instead of a honeymoon, this trans-Atlantic move will be our adventure, and we're thankful for any help we receive.

Contributions will be put towards our moving costs (shipping our belongings, airfare), down payment on our new Dutch home, and the many expenses we'll encounter as we figure out this expat process.

We are so thankful to have so many kind and wonderful people in our lives who wish to support us!  We have so much love for you all - and please, visit us in Amsterdam! :)
